Privacy notice (GDPR)

Who we are. This site is operated by VšĮ “Myliu save” - a Lithuanian non-profit public institution (company code 304704211, registered at Stirnų g. 16-2, Noreikiškių k., LT-53363 Kauno r., Lithuania) - which is the data controller.

What we collect and why

  • Newsletter: your email address - to send teachings and satsang updates. Lawful basis: consent. Withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link.
  • Contact form: your name, email and message - to reply to you. Lawful basis: your request / legitimate interest.
  • Bookings & tickets: the details needed to deliver and confirm your session or satsang seat, and to take payment. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. Payment is processed by Paysera (their terms apply); we do not store full card details.
  • Site analytics & cookies: privacy-friendly, self-hosted Matomo analytics (in the EU) - loaded only after you press Accept. Essential cookies needed to run the site are exempt. No Google Analytics, no ad trackers; your data is never sold or shared.
  • Email: our newsletter and your booking confirmations are sent from our own domain through our EU hosting server - we do not use an external bulk-email provider, so your email stays within the EU/EEA.

Sensitive information

Beliefs, philosophy and health details are special-category data under the GDPR. We ask for as little as possible and never require health history. If you choose to share something sensitive (for example, in a private session), it is treated as confidential and only with your explicit consent. We never sell or share your data.

How long we keep it & your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose above and to meet any legal or accounting obligation, then delete it. By default: booking and accounting records are kept for the statutory accounting-record period under Lithuanian law; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry; analytics data is aggregated and IP-anonymised.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object or withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing). To exercise any right, contact us at info@swamiaditya.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).

AI transparency (EU AI Act)

Some illustrations and supporting text on this site are produced with AI tools and reviewed by a person before publishing; the teachings themselves originate from Swami Aditya. We operate an AI chat assistant (a concierge) to help you find a suitable session and book it: it is clearly labelled as AI, you can ask to speak with a person at any time, and it does not profile you or make automated decisions about you. Your chat messages are processed only to answer you - they are sent to our chat provider and a third-party AI language-model provider (currently xAI, in the USA, under appropriate transfer safeguards) and are not used for advertising or sold. Site analytics use privacy-friendly, self-hosted Matomo - not AI. This meets the transparency duties of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, Article 50).

  • Ordering. Prices, what's included, and how to join are shown clearly at checkout, before you order. The order button is labelled "Order with obligation to pay"; pressing it places a binding order. You receive an email confirmation.
  • 14-day right to cancel, and its limits. EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Two exceptions apply to us: a session you ask us to start and fully perform within the 14 days is non-refundable once fully performed (with your prior express consent); a satsang seat or event for a specific date is outside the 14-day right (a fixed-date leisure service).   • Recordings. Satsang recordings shared with attendees are for personal use; please don't redistribute them without permission.
  • Conduct. Satsang is a respectful, safe space. We may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive.
  • Content ownership. Teachings, text, and media on this site belong to VsI "Myliu save" unless stated otherwise.
  • Governing law & complaints. These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law; if you are a consumer you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
