Terms of Service – Swami Aditya

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of swamiaditya.com and any consultation, satsang seat, or other service you book through it. The provider is VsI "Myliu save", a Lithuanian public non-profit, company code 304704211, registered at Stirnu g. 16-2, Noreikiskiu k., LT-53363 Kauno r. sav., Lithuania, contact info@swamiaditya.com.

2. What we offer

Live video consultations (Jyotish & life direction, compatibility, Vastu & home harmony) - one-to-one, delivered live by Swami Aditya, optionally with live translation by Gileta Aadi.
Satsang - a live gathering with Swami Aditya (with live translation and a recording), offered as a paid ticket for a fixed price.

3. Ordering and payment

The order button is labelled "Order with obligation to pay"; pressing it places a binding order.
Payment is taken by our payment provider Paysera; we do not store your full card details.
You receive a confirmation of your booking or ticket by email.

4. Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal) - and its limits

If you are an EU/EEA consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The full text, the model withdrawal form, and the two service exceptions that apply to us are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In short: a session you ask us to start and fully perform within the 14 days (with your prior express consent and acknowledgement) is not refundable once fully performed; a satsang seat for a specific date is a fixed-date leisure service outside the 14-day withdrawal. Outside those, you keep your 14-day right.

5. Rescheduling (our goodwill policy, on top of your legal rights)

You can reschedule a paid session up to 24 hours before it, at no charge. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is generally not refunded, but we treat each situation with common sense. This is our service policy; it does not remove any mandatory legal right you have.

6. Nature of the service - disclaimer

Teachings, satsang, and private guidance are offered for educational and personal-development purposes only.
They are not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and create no therapist-client or other professional relationship.
They are not a substitute for therapy or medical care; for health concerns or a crisis, consult a licensed professional or your local emergency service.
No specific outcome is promised; individual experiences vary. Any testimonials are individual experiences shared with consent and are not typical or guaranteed.

7. Recordings, content, and conduct

Satsang recordings shared with attendees are for personal use; please do not redistribute them without permission.
Teachings, text, and media on this site belong to VsI "Myliu save" unless stated otherwise.
Satsang is a respectful, safe space; we may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive.

8. Complaints, governing law, and dispute resolution

If something is wrong, email info@swamiaditya.com and we will try to resolve it quickly.
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law; if you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence - those rights are unaffected.
You may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), www.vvtat.lt, or a consumer/ADR body in your own country.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and we do not link to it.

9. Where your country grants stronger mandatory rights

If your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, those rights are unaffected by these Terms.
